BP Logix announces Process Director 3.0

Process Director Version 3.0 enhances BPM with social media integration. The version enables customers to:

Version 3.0 enables organisations to provide services to customers, partners and suppliers outside their organisation through cloud-based/federated identity integration. Corporate partners and suppliers can log in using ADFS, SAML and Oauth. 

With Process Director 3.0 users can integrate popular network and cloud-based services directly into their business processes. These include saving files to Dropbox, filling dropdown menus using Google Sheets, collaborating with colleagues on presentations using SharePoint, downloading documents from Google Docs or populating form fields with data from Amazon SimpleDB. Process Director 3.0 brings the cloud to enterprise business processes.

Additionally, Process Director 3.0 facilitates collaborative, multimedia annotation directly within its workflows. Multiple simultaneous users can markup and review documents, photos, audio, web pages and videos within the context of any process. Legal and compliance teams can collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure that communications are accurate, effective and address compliance requirements. This capability extends the benefits of BPM and workflow to all media under review and re-review.
