Enterprise social company Jive Software has acquired two developers of collaboration platforms, Meetings.io and Producteev.

Meetings.io provides video and chat connections via a web browser while Producteev has developed a cloud-based social task management app.

Jive will continue to offer Meetings.io and Producteev as stand alone products, as well as integrate their services into the Jive platform in 2013.
