Outback Imaging has added the Alfresco open-source content-management system to the list of EDRMS platforms supported by EzeScan production scanning software.

For Alfresco customers seeking more efficient methods of handling paper-based forms and documents, EzeScan enables them to scan and process large volumes of paper-based forms and documents, which can then be stored in their central Alfresco repository.

The combination of EzeScan with Alfresco Open Source will allow Alfresco customers to address their paper document processing requirements more efficiently while dramatically reducing costs.
