Colligo to open Australian office

SharePoint solutions provider Colligo is to open a new office in Australia in response to the 49% growth in partner business in the region from 2013 to 2014.

Fuelling the company’s growth has been the recent launch of the Colligo Engage app platform, designed to enhance the user experience and interoperability of SharePoint, Office 365 and OneDrive.

New Australasia customers for Engage include Stella Maris College, Antoris Consulting and Airways Corporation.

One of the largest multi-utility contractors in New Zealand, Northpower, needed all of their field workers to have the most current versions of documents on their iPads. This information needed to be on hand in remote locations with poor coverage, so the solution had to work offline.

Colligo equipped hundreds of field workers with the Colligo apps, enabling them to cache critical documents and sync to receive the latest content when back on their wireless network.

“We needed a solution that would ensure our field workers have the latest content – even when in remote areas where there is no connectivity,” said Mike Wright, Systems Analyst at Northpower.

“Colligo is fast, easy to work with, and content is available offline. Importantly, it is allowing our technicians to work more safely.”

“We're seeing rapid expansion of Colligo’s customer base throughout Australasia," said Brian Craddock, Chief Revenue Officer at Colligo.

"Due to our growth, we have chosen to invest in this region – specifically we're seeing increased customer demand for apps that will help them solve SharePoint/Office 365 user adoption, offline caching for mobile workers and governance support.”
